ENHANCE Study Year 3 was marked by the enrollment of over 1000 patient-caregiver dyads, continually strong inter-rater reliability scores and other metrics of study success, and the creation of a series of multimedia delirium awareness materials available on our Resource page. The year culminated in the 3rd ENHANCE Annual Stakeholder Meeting in March 2026, where attendees charted a path forward with special attention to the strong alignment between ENHANCE and the Age-Friendly Health Systems Initiative.
